This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, stored, and deleted by the platform when you choose to integrate your social media accounts (such as Meta/Instagram/Facebook, LinkedIn, and others) into our system.

1. Data Collection

By granting access to the Myrmex platform through the permissions available on supported social networks, the following data may be collected:
  • Public Profile Data: name, company name, biography, profile picture, unique identifiers, among other publicly permitted information.
  • Posts and Comments: content published by you or associated with your account (as a company or individual), including comments made or received.
  • Engagement Metrics: likes, shares, replies, and other public interactions with content.
  • Access Permissions: authentication tokens and scopes authorized by the user via official Meta, LinkedIn, or other connected network platforms.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

The collected data is used exclusively for cybersecurity and reputational analysis purposes, including:
  • Identification of potential security risks associated with your account (such as information leakage, fake profiles, offensive or malicious comments).
  • Assessment of public comments and mentions that may pose a risk to the company’s or individual’s image.
  • Generation of AI-based (Artificial Intelligence) reports to provide visibility, alerts, and recommendations about your digital presence.
  • Correlation with OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) sources for better context and enrichment of the analyzed data.
The legal basis for data processing is the user’s explicit consent, provided through the authorization of integrations on social networks, as provided for in the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13,709/2018), the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable regulations.

4. Data Storage and Retention

The collected data is stored securely and encrypted in infrastructure under AINEXT’s responsibility. The data is kept only as long as the user maintains active integration permission with the Myrmex platform. At any time, the user can revoke access directly through the social network settings or through the Myrmex interface.

5. Data Deletion

Once the user revokes permission or removes the linked account, Myrmex permanently deletes all previously collected data, without retaining copies or backups linked to the user’s identifier.

6. Data Sharing

The Myrmex platform does not share, sell, or transfer collected data with third parties for commercial purposes. The data can only be accessed by automated systems of the platform itself or, eventually, by authorized security analysts for specific analysis, always under confidentiality and within the permitted scope.

7. Information Security

AINEXT adopts strict information security practices, including:
  • Encryption at rest and in transit
  • Role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Continuous infrastructure monitoring
  • Formal incident response procedures

8. User Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:
  • Confirm the existence of data processing
  • Access your processed personal data
  • Request the correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
  • Revoke consent at any time
  • Request the permanent deletion of processed data
