Installation Methods

You can install Myrmex Endpoint Security either by requesting it from MyrmexAI or through the Myrmex Integrations screen. In both cases, an installer with a graphical interface is generated for the selected platform.
The Myrmex Endpoint Security graphical installation interface is available for Windows and macOS systems.
  1. In the Myrmex platform, access the Integrations screen.
  2. Select Myrmex Endpoint Security from the list of options.
  3. Click Install to start the process.
  4. The installer will be automatically configured with the necessary data to connect to the Myrmex environment.

Installation via MyrmexAI

You can ask [MyrmexAI] to assist with the Security Endpoint installation. Simply request it, providing the operating system and device name, as in the example below:
Install myrmex on a windows server named <device_name>
MyrmexAI will automatically start the installation process, generating the installer with pre-configured platform authentication information.

Security Endpoint Management

You can view Security Endpoint information through a GUI.

Myrmex Endpoint Security GUI

The Myrmex Endpoint Security graphical interface is only supported on Windows systems.
The Security Endpoint GUI is used to:

  • View Operating System health
  • View consumption metrics
